We are seeking a results-driven Fintech Strategy Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in merchant services, sales, and fintech solutions, who can build relationships, close deals, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and engage potential clients in target industries, including service-based businesses, healthcare, non-profits, and B2B companies.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  2. Sales and Closing:
    • Conduct discovery meetings with clients to understand their payment processing needs and business goals.
    • Present tailored payment strategies and fintech solutions to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate and close sales to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  3. Merchant Services Expertise:
    • Provide clients with expert advice on merchant services, payment processing solutions, and integration with their existing systems.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to offer cutting-edge solutions.
  4. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and merchant service providers, facilitating smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
  5. Strategic Consulting:
    • Collaborate with clients to align payment strategies with their overall business objectives.
    • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research.

Requirements

  1. Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year in merchant services, fintech, or a related field with a proven track record in sales and client management.
  2. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  3. Skills:
    • Deep understanding of payment processing, merchant services, and fintech solutions.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable strategies.
  4. Qualities:
