We are seeking a results-driven Fintech Strategy Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in merchant services, sales, and fintech solutions, who can build relationships, close deals, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential clients in target industries, including service-based businesses, healthcare, non-profits, and B2B companies.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Sales and Closing:
- Conduct discovery meetings with clients to understand their payment processing needs and business goals.
- Present tailored payment strategies and fintech solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Merchant Services Expertise:
- Provide clients with expert advice on merchant services, payment processing solutions, and integration with their existing systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and merchant service providers, facilitating smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
- Strategic Consulting:
- Collaborate with clients to align payment strategies with their overall business objectives.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in merchant services, fintech, or a related field with a proven track record in sales and client management.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of payment processing, merchant services, and fintech solutions.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable strategies.
